Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered two flannel shirts and a pair of stretch chinos. The ordering process was simple enough. They shipped quickly, took only 3 days to reach me in California. Quality of the shirts is solid, nice and soft. Chinos fit well, true to size. Support wasn't needed, everything arrived perfectly.

Decent jacket, slow support
I bought a sherpa lined jacket last month. The jacket itself is pretty good for the price. It's warm and seems well-made, not cheap feeling. The main issue was tracking the order; the link didn't update for a few days after shipping. I tried contacting customer service about it and it took them almost two days to get back to me, which was a bit annoying. Once it shipped, delivery was decent, took about 5 days. Next time I'll just wait for the tracking to update itself.
